Eckhart toll, ‘The Power of Now’

The Ocean is a way to unite people, countries and continents. It is ‘at home.’  Coming Home to ourselves – uniting with the spirit and Soul within.

There is a call to the ocean for the light, shapes, sound, energy, vastness and rhythms it brings to us.

·        Water Composition of the sea.

·        Water composition of us/cells.

·        Water composition of amniotic fluid.

Water is associated with emotion and inner flowing.  Being formless and yet forming represents change and transformation. This reminds us that everything is shifting and nothing remains the same.  Things can and do change minute by minute, hour by hour.  We stop with the retreat and honour this.

What does the sea represent for you? What do you already know?

We do not need to be near the ocean to invoke the sea energy form deep within. Our ancestral knowing can remember this power from deep within ourselves.   On this Ocean Retreat though we will be with the Ocean feeling her rhythm and flow within our cells and uniting our senses with the rawness of her natural wildness.

What Lies Beneath?

The deep ocean where sunlight has never reached, so deep and so mysterious. Where and what does this mean for you?  Sea creatures create their own light in the dark, dark space.  Do you have memories of Atlantis – does the Atlantic Ocean hold answers for you? Through guided meditation, you may ‘remember’. You may find answers you seek within your Soul.

Ocean Currents:

Ocean currents, tides and waves depend on the earth’s rotation, winds, water density, temperature and the shape of the underwater landscape.  Most move in the sacred spiral. In the Northern Hemisphere they move clockwise and in the Southern Hemisphere, counter clockwise; this creates a balance.

Waves:  Waves move in groups called ‘wave trains’ - frequency is 3’s. The last wave of the train is said to be the most powerful. Wave watching is extremely powerful, healing and cleansing – just brings things into perspective.

The 9thwave (triple triad) is said to be most powerful. Beyond the 9th wave, on the power of wisdom, ancestors and the power of your soul.

In that moment she stepped out onto the edge of her dream, she jumped into the unknown. She trusted her wings would carry her where she needed to go. She felt free and at Peace as she soared higher and higher to the Source of her Universal Core and her Soul sang with voices of a million angels rejoicing in her willingness to surrender to all that is.🕊
